B I O

Rae-Shell D. Fletcher, with a B.B.A. in Management from Prairie View A&M University, and an A.A.S. Degree in Business from North Harris County College, has more than 20 years' experience in leadership and management skills.  In addition, Rae-Shell has completed Hi-Definition Filmmaking at New York Film Academy, and she obtained a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. As a spoken word artist, her poetic style paralleled with her stage presence has allowed her to open for artist such as Biz-Markie & Common.  

Rae-Shell's novel entitled Poetry is My Lyfe, Revenge is My Mission, addresses issues concerning women who are in abusive relationships.  The story was re-written into a stage play, and its tremendous response has led to a two-season Web-Series entitled Lyfe's Poetic Revenge which airs on YouTube.  Her recent collaboration with Stacy J and Unified Praise allowed her to showcase her directorial talents using dance and film in the theatrical production "New Identity." She currently enjoys directing and producing several Web Docu-Series, a reality spoof on YouTube, and she is a contributing writer to The African American Newspaper and Fotoshoot Magazine. Rae-Shell is also the Project Coordinator for It's Life Camera Action, a non-profit origination geared
towards creative youths.

After a 17-year lucrative career in Hairstyling, Platform Artistry, and educating stylist all over the country, Rae-Shell took a leave to obtained her Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from Full Sail University.  Identifying the opportune time to reinvent herself, she opted to open Front Cover Hair Studio with premiere exclusivity to spoil her clients. With a genuine concern for hair health, each client will receive a thorough consultation to assure the best outcome for their overall desired look.
Custom coloring is a creative outlet that a Front Cover client will surely benefit from. From styling, cutting, coloring, extensions, chemical or heat straightening, each client will receive the expert influence of 17 plus years.  Combined with professionalism, prompt and individualized service, clients will leave looking like they belong on the Front Cover of a magazine.
